Marc J Fritz, Principal of M13Capital, is a 20-year veteran of real estate private equity, investment banking and principal investment/development firms. Marc possesses an extensive network of equity investor relationships encompassing domestic/international private equity firms, private REITs, pension funds, large family offices and ultra-HNW individuals. To date, he has been involved in closing over $3.0B in capitalized transaction value executed across the United States.

During his commercial real estate investment career, Marc has lived and worked in the Southeast, Florida, NYC, Texas and the Midwest. He holds an MBA degree from Goizueta Business School, Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He started his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at major professional service firms, with a focus on institutional real estate investment clientele.
